I cannot thank the nurses, staff and Dr. Pradhan at HNCII Hospital enough for the incredible care they gave my mother during her surgery and recovery. They were prompt, compassionate, and always attentive to her needs — no request was too small, and no moment of worry went unanswered. Their professionalism combined with true empathy made a difficult time so much easier for our family. Truly grateful for their dedication and kindness! Special thanks to Mr. Chetan at the 4th floor registration. His cooperation and empathy was much needed during the time of confusion and chaos.
