Job Summary:

Strategic Planning:  Formulating marketing plans and campaigns aligned with Hospital goals to drive Awareness, patient acquisition, and retention.

Brand Management:  Managing the hospital's online presence, including social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and website content.

Business Development:  Identifying new markets, corporate tie-ups, and managing relationships with referral doctors and TPA/credit parties.

Event Marketing:  Organizing health camps, community outreach initiatives, CMEs, and webinars.

Data Analysis:  Tracking marketing KPIs and ROI, analyzing patient trends, Marketing Budgeting and Expense tracking and submitting monthly reports on activity.

Collaboration:  Working with department heads to promote specific specialties (e.g., Chemo, PET Scan ) and new consultants

Job Summary:

  • The person will be responsible to oversee the day – to - day operations of the food service for all the patients, staff and Patients’ relatives (on request). Will also play a key role in patient grievance handling and resolution.
  • To coordinate with the Dietician and develop patient diets and staff meal plans, within the requirements of prescribed diets, budget, taste, temperature and variety.
  • Coordinate with the food services vendor with respect to preparation/ presentation and food service, based on feedback received from patients and staff.
  • Monitor dispatch and distribution of patient food within the accepted timelines.
  • Monitor upkeep and maintenance of all hospital installed equipment in the pantries and staff dining.
  • To ensure all standards w.r.t hygiene and cleanliness are met across all the eating and serving spaces.
  • Would also be responsible for catering arrangements for special meetings/ events/ workshops etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all the standard processes followed and provide inputs to improve the processes and cost- effective measures as and where possible.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements where applicable.

Skills Requirements :

  • Trained in hospitality sector and able to handle food preparation and service.
  • Exposure to and a working knowledge of therapeutic diets would be desirable.
  • Exhibits good interpersonal skills and is a team player.
  • Displays leadership traits and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
