The Head & Neck Cancer Institute of India (HNCII) is a 100-bed comprehensive multidisciplinary cancer centre located in South Mumbai offering surgery, radiation therapy & chemotherapy along with a wide range of diagnostics. The department of surgical oncology is focused mainly on head- neck cancers, breast cancer & gynaec cancers. In addition to the above, the medical & radiation oncologists are also engaged in treatment of other solid tumors & lymphomas. The Head & Neck Cancer Institute of India (HNCII) is looking for an Executive – Quality to join our team.
The role involves driving quality initiatives, accreditation processes, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA for incidents and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives. The incumbent will also assist in coordinating academic activities and oversee the day-to-day functioning of the Medical Records Department.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in a relevant field in Science/Nursing/Alternative medicine with Diploma or MBA in Hospital Management/Hospital Quality Management.
- Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or NABH.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the Quality Department of a NABH-accredited hospital.
- Experience with NABH accreditation processes and audits will be an added advantage.
