The candidate should have 5 years of experience in the Hospital & healthcare industry and also possess a deep understanding of the workings of various hospital departments. Should be proactive to provide comprehensive application support, training, troubleshooting, and functional support for our HMIS.

Oversee the daily operations of the hospital’s IT department including managing the FMS staff.

Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

In-depth knowledge of the workings of various hospital departments.

Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including writing queries, procedures, and triggers.

Proficiency in programming and development (ASP, MVC, Angular) is a significant advantage.

A Billing incharge oversees the medical billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and reimbursements.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing Operations Management

Supervise the preparation and submission of medical claims to patients and insurance companies.

Ensure accurate coding and charge entry to prevent claim denials.

Monitor accounts receivable and manage outstanding balances.
Revenue Cycle Management

Oversee the hospital’s revenue cycle from patient admission to final payment.

Analyze billing trends and identify areas for revenue improvement.

Reduce claim denials and expedite the reimbursement process.
Team Leadership & Training

Manage and train billing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Conduct regular audits to ensure billing accuracy and minimize errors.

Resolve escalated billing issues with staff, insurance companies, and patients.
Coordination with Other Departments

Work closely with the finance, patient services, and clinical teams to streamline billing processes.

Assist in setting hospital billing policies and pricing structures.

Address patient inquiries and concerns regarding billing and insurance claims.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in hospital billing
- Knowledge of billing software
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Candidate should be a graduate with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience of handling talent acquisition, on-boarding, time-management, payroll, statutory compliances preferably in a hospitality sector.
- Candidate having management qualification will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should be a Science Graduate with Diploma in CSSD Technician.
