Job Summary:
- The person will be responsible to oversee the day – to - day operations of the food service for all the patients, staff and Patients’ relatives (on request). Will also play a key role in patient grievance handling and resolution.
- To coordinate with the Dietician and develop patient diets and staff meal plans, within the requirements of prescribed diets, budget, taste, temperature and variety.
- Coordinate with the food services vendor with respect to preparation/ presentation and food service, based on feedback received from patients and staff.
- Monitor dispatch and distribution of patient food within the accepted timelines.
- Monitor upkeep and maintenance of all hospital installed equipment in the pantries and staff dining.
- To ensure all standards w.r.t hygiene and cleanliness are met across all the eating and serving spaces.
